Section 3-641.01 - [Not Funded.] DefinitionsFor the purposes of this title, the term:
(1) "Commission" means the Commission on Poverty established pursuant to section 102.(2) "Poverty" means, in reference to an individual, someone living with an annual household income of less than or equal to the income levels published in the most recent poverty guidelines issued by the United States Department of Health and Human Services.(3) "Poverty-reduction plan" means a comprehensive strategic plan for the reduction of poverty in the District issued by the Commission pursuant to section 106.Added by D.C.
