Section 2-1217.35d-1 - [Expires Effective 3/1/2025] Grant authorization.

Notwithstanding the Grant Administration Act of 2013, effective December 24, 2013 (D.C. Law 20-61; D.C. Official Code § 1-328.11et seq.), the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development may issue a grant in an amount not to exceed $15 million to the Developer for the purpose of supporting the completion of the project.
