Section 10-1121.01 - Definitions
As used in this subchapter:
(1) The term "Mayor" means the Mayor of the District of Columbia.(2) The term "District" means the District of Columbia.(3) The term "airspace" means the space above and below a street or alley under the jurisdiction of the Mayor.
