Section 10-571.04 - [Not funded.] Proactive inspection fees and fines(a) Fees assessed for proactive inspections shall be deposited into the Drug-, Firearm-, or Prostitution-Related Nuisance Abatement Fund described in section 12a of the Drug-Related Nuisance Abatement Act of 1998, effective April 4, 2006 (D.C. Law 16-81; D.C. Official Code § 42-3111.01).(b) Fines assessed pursuant to this act or the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR) as the result of proactive inspections shall be deposited into the General Fund of the District of Columbia.Added by D.C.
