Section 1-1231.02 - Applicability to future notarial acts

This chapter, except for §§ 1-1231.19(i), 1-1231.20, and 1-1231.21(b), shall apply to notarial acts performed on or after December 4, 2018. Sections 1-1231.13a,1-1231.19(i), 1-1231.20, and 1-1231.21(b) shall apply to notarial acts performed on or after the applicability date of these provisions.
