Section 1388 - Financial statements of the commissioner

The Commissioner shall render an account to the State Treasurer, in the manner and at the time required by the latter, of its receipts and disbursements, and of its assets and liabilities. The State Treasurer may not, however, require such reports to be rendered more often than quarterly.

Section 15 of the enacting legislation provides that this section takes effect upon the later of the following: (a) Publication in the Register of Regulations of a notice by the Controller General that the funds required to implement this Act have been appropriated. (b) Upon enactment.
