(a) Each person whose name appears on the label as handling agricultural or vegetable seeds subject to this chapter shall keep all of the following: (1) Complete records of each lot handled, for 2 years.(2) A file sample of each lot of seed after final disposition of the lot for 1 year.(b) All records and samples pertaining to the shipment of seeds under subsection (a) of this section must be accessible for inspection by the Department during customary business hours.Amended by Laws 2021, ch. 527,s 3, eff. 11/2/2022.3 Del.
