Section 806 - [See Note] Funding

Funding appropriated for this program may be used for the implementation and administration of this Program. Funding appropriated for the Program may not exceed $2,000,000 annually. Any annual unexpended funds appropriated for this Program will remain with the Program and will not revert to the General Fund of the State of Delaware.

Section 2 of the 2024 enacting legislation provides that this section takes effect on the date of publication in the Register of Regulations of a notice by the Controller General that funds are appropriated to implement the Act. The Controller General shall provide notice to the Registrar of Regulations that funds were appropriated.
