Section 1714 - Quorum and vote requirementsIn the event of an emergency event, all of the following apply:
(1) Quorum requirements for the General Assembly are suspended.(2) If the affirmative vote of a specified proportion of members for approval of a bill, resolution, or other action would otherwise be required, the same proportion of those present to vote on the bill, resolution, or other action is sufficient.Amended by Laws 2017, ch. 449,s 21, eff. 10/1/2018.29 Del.
