Section 4036 - Disciplinary hearinga. The Council may conduct disciplinary proceedings in accordance with Title 29, Chapter 101, Subchapter III.b. The written notice required by Title 29, Chapter 101, Subchapter III shall be satisfied by personal service on the controlling person of the registrant or the registrant's agent for service of process in this state or by sending the notice by certified mail to the controlling person of the registrant to the registrant's address on file with the Council.Added by Laws 2013, ch. 163,s 2, eff. 8/6/2013.
