Section 3611 - Distribution of proceeds from fees and civil penalties(a) The Department shall retain all application fees collected under § 3605 of this title for enforcement purposes.(b) All civil penalties collected under this chapter must be paid to the General Fund of this State.Added by Laws 2019, ch. 168,s 4, eff. 10/1/2020.
