Section 5107 - Board of Trustees - Meetings(a) There shall be 2 stated meetings of the Board of Trustees every year at such time and place as may be fixed by the bylaws, and occasional meetings may be held on the call of the President, which the President may make at the President's own discretion, and shall make, on the written request of any 2 or more members of the Board.(b) The Secretary of the Board shall give 2 weeks' written notice of all meetings, and the time, place and purpose of occasional meetings shall be stated in the notice thereof, and the proceedings of such meetings shall be confined strictly to the purpose stated therein.Code 1852, § 777; 13 Del.
