Section 201 - Definitions
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1) "Civil union" means a legal union between 2 individuals of the same sex established pursuant to this chapter.(2) "Party" or "party to a civil union" means an individual who is a party to a civil union established pursuant to this chapter.
