Section 1451 - Theft of a firearm; class F felony(a) A person is guilty of theft of a firearm when the person takes, exercises control over or obtains a firearm of another person intending to deprive the other person of it or appropriate it.(b) Theft of a firearm is a class F felony. 64 Del.
