Section 1120 - Distribution of tobacco products(a) No person shall distribute a tobacco product for commercial purposes unless the product is in a sealed package provided by the manufacturer with the required health warning and tax stamp.(b) No person shall distribute any pack of cigarettes containing fewer than 20 cigarettes.Amended by Laws 2013, ch. 249,s 1, eff. 6/12/2014. 70 Del.
