Section 907C - Impersonation as a member or veteran of the united states armed forces, class a misdemeanor
(a) A person is guilty of criminal impersonation of a member or veteran of the United States Armed Forces when they intentionally, and without lawful authority, impersonate or otherwise hold themselves out to be a veteran or member of the United States Armed Forces or to hold oneself out to have an unearned rank in the United States Armed Forces with the purpose of obtaining money, property, or other tangible benefit.
(b) Any person found guilty of criminal impersonation of a member or veteran of the United States Armed Forces shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor and receive a minimum fine of not less than $1000, which shall not be subject to suspension.
