Section 53 - Enforcement of payment

1. The provisions of section twenty-six of the workers' compensation law, other than the portions relating to section fourteen-a, subdivisioneight of section fifteen and section fifty of the workers' compensation law, shall be applicable as fully as if set forth in this chapter.

2. The provisions of section fifty-four-b of the workers' compensation law shall be applicable as fully as if set forth in this chapter.
