Each paper advertising such notice of sale shall, without additional charge, furnish and deliver to the county treasurer not less than five hundred copies of the notice of sale containing the complete list of real estate advertised in such paper. The county treasurer shall distribute such copies of the notice of sale to all applicants therefor without charge
