Section 647 - Jurisdiction over trust1. The trust shall not be deemed a "covered organization" as defined in the New York state financial emergency act for the city of New York.2. The department of investigation of the city shall be authorized to conduct investigations relating to the trust pursuant to chapter thirty-four of the New York city charter.3. The comptroller of the city, or his or her legally authorized representative, is hereby authorized and empowered from time to time to examine the books and accounts of the trust including its receipts, disbursements, contracts, reserve funds, sinking funds, investments, and any other matters relating to its financial standing.N.Y.
