Section 169 - Continuation in office of certain attendants and clerks

A confidential attendant or clerk to a justice of the supreme court shall, upon the death or retirement of such justice, continue in office until an appointment of a confidential attendant or clerk shall be made by the justice elected or appointed to fill such vacancy.
