Section 239-A - Certain appraisals; penalty

Any appraiser who knowingly gives a written appraisal of property with intent to defraud, deceive, or injure another person, firm, partnership, corporation, or association or any officer, director, employee, or agent thereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
