Section 461 - Definitions For purposes of this article:
(a) "Persons with disabilities" shall mean any person who has a disability as defined in subdivision twenty-one of section two hundred ninety-two of this chapter. (b) "State agency" or "state agencies" shall mean any state department, board, bureau, division, commission, committee, public authority, public corporation, council, office or other governmental entity performing a governmental or proprietary function for the state, except the judiciary or the state legislature.Repealed by New York Laws 2022, ch. 170,Sec. 1, eff. 4/1/2022.Added by New York Laws 2021, ch. 834,Sec. 1, eff. 4/1/2022.
