Section 114 - Judicial notice of plans, regulations and orders1.All courts shall take judicial notice of all plans, regulations and orders adopted pursuant to this act and promulgated pursuant to law.2.Such a plan, regulation or order may be read in evidence, at any time, from a copy thereof, if there is contained on the same page or in the same publication in which such copy is contained, a printed certificate of the secretary of state or of the clerk of the political subdivision that such copy is a correct transcript of the text of the original thereof.N.Y.
