Section 120-A - Corporate change; hearing on application

Upon the disapproval by the authority of an application for a corporate change in the stockholders, stockholdings, officers or directors the liquor authority shall provide for a hearing at which the applicant may produce any evidence it shall desire with reference to such disapproval by the authority.
