Repealed by 2022 Ch. 68, § 39, eff. 3/1/2022.

(1) Section 47 of chapter 68 (HB 22-1229), Session Laws of Colorado 2022, provides that the act repealing this section is effective March 1, 2022, but the governor did not approve the act until April 7, 2022.

(2) Section 47 of chapter 68 (HB 22-1229), Session Laws of Colorado 2022, provides that the act repealing this section applies to offenses committed on or after March 1, 2022.
