Section 37-23-117 - Proceeds of sale - repeal(1) The proceeds of such sales shall be paid into such fund of the drainage district as its board of directors by resolution may direct.(2) This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2024.Amended by 2024 Ch. 165,§ 10, eff. 7/1/2024.L. 29: p. 536, § 3.
