As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1) "Board" means the state board of stock inspection commissioners, created in section 35-41-101.(2) "Department" means the Colorado department of agriculture, created in section 24-1-123, C.R.S.(3) "Livestock" means all cattle, calves, horses, mules, and donkeys.
