L. 96: Entire section added, p. 1051, § 6, effective May 23; (4) added by revision, p. 1053, § 7(2).

Subsection (4) provided for the repeal of this section effective February 1, 1998, when the department of local affairs assumed the powers of the Moffat tunnel commission pursuant to §32-8-103(7). (See L. 96, p. 1053.) Said §32-8-103(7) was repealed in 2002.
