(1) Section 76 of HB 17-1051 repealed all of the subsections (1) to (5) of this section; however, it did not repeal the introductory portion. Under the authority granted the revisor of statutes in section 2-3-703 to correct obvious errors in the statutes, the introductory portion to this section was deleted.

(2) This section was relocated to § 24-101-301 in 2017.
