Section 24-34-304 - Division and commission subject to termination - repeal of part(1) The provisions of section 24-34-104, concerning the termination schedule for regulatory bodies of the state unless extended as provided in that section, are applicable to the division and the commission created by this part 3.(2) This part 3 is repealed, effective September 1, 2027.
