(1) Section 24-32-3408 provided for the repeal of this part 34, effective July 1, 2022. (See L. 2015, p. 1127.)

(2) Subsection (2) of § 24-32-3407 was amended in HB 22-1209. Those amendments were superseded by the repeal of this part 34 in HB 15-1033, effective July 1, 2022.
