Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-60-3903
This part 39 takes effect on the date the compact is enacted into law in the seventh compact state. The director of the division of professions and occupations in the department of regulatory agencies shall notify the revisor of statutes in writing when the condition specified in this section has occurred by e-mailing the notice to revisorofstatutes.ga@coleg.gov. This part 39 takes effect upon the date identified in the notice that the compact is enacted into law in the seventh compact state or upon the date of the notice to the revisor of statutes if the notice does not specify a different date.

On September 27, 2023, the revisor of statutes received notice referred to in this section that as of July 1, 2020, the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact Act is effective following enactment into law of the compact by the 7th compact member state.
