Section 24-37-101 - DefinitionsAs used in this article 37, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1) "Capital construction" has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (2).(2) "Capital renewal" has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (3).(3) "Controlled maintenance" has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (4), including the limitations specified in section 24-30-1303.9.(4) "Director" means the director of the office of state planning and budgeting.(5) "Information technology budget request" has the meaning set forth in section 2-3-1701 (8).(6) "Office" means the office of state planning and budgeting.Amended by 2022 Ch. 463, § 9, eff. 8/10/2022.L. 83: Entire article R&RE, p. 964, § 16, effective 7/1/1984.
