Section 23-64-128 - Violations - criminal - penalty

Any person, group, or entity, or any owner, officer, agent, or employee thereof, who willfully violates the provisions of section 23-64-113 or who willfully fails or refuses to deposit with the division the records required by section 23-64-125 commits a class 2 misdemeanor.

(1) This section is similar to former § 12-59-122 as it existed prior to 2017.

(2) Section 803(2) of chapter 462 (SB 21-271), Session Laws of Colorado 2021, provides that the act changing this section applies to offenses committed on or after March 1, 2022.
