Section 22-82.9-101 - Short title

The short title of this part 1 is the "Child Nutrition School Lunch Protection Program Act".

This section was amended by HB 22-1414. That bill contains a referendum clause, Proposition FF, and was approved by a vote of the registered electors of the state of Colorado on November 8, 2022. This section took effect upon the proclamation of the Governor, December 27, 2022. The vote count for the measure was as follows:

FOR: 1,384,852

AGAINST: 1,055,583

2022 Ch. 509, was passed without a safety clause. See Colo. Const. art. V, § 1(3).
