Section 2-3-119 - Audit of healthcare affordability and sustainability fee - cost shift

At the discretion of the legislative audit committee, the state auditor shall conduct or cause to be conducted a performance and fiscal audit of the healthcare affordability and sustainability fee established pursuant to section 25.5-4-402.4.
