Section 12-285-132 - Repeal of part - review of functionsThis part 1 and the licensing functions of the board as set forth in this part 1 are repealed, effective September 1, 2035. Before the repeal, the licensing functions of the board are scheduled for review in accordance with section 24-34-104.
