Section 12-280-109 - Drugs, devices, and other materials(1) The board is responsible for the control and regulation of drugs, including the following: (a) The regulation of the sale at retail and the dispensing of drugs;(b) The specification of minimum professional and technical equipment, environment, supplies, and procedures for the compounding or dispensing of medications and drugs;(c) The control of the purity and quality of drugs.(2) The board is responsible for the control and regulation of the sale of devices at retail; except that the board shall not regulate the sale of any disposable veterinary device.
