Section 12-235-109 - License expiration - effect - renewal - reinstatement - penalty(1) Licenses issued pursuant to this article 235 are subject to the renewal, expiration, reinstatement, and delinquency fee provisions specified in section 12-20-202(1) and (2).(2) The director shall establish application forms for renewal of licenses and reinstatement of expired licenses.
