Section 1-8.3-114 - Declaration

A ballot shall include or be accompanied by the signed affirmation required by the federal "Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act", 52 U.S.C. sec. 20301 et seq.

A declaration made under this section should be structured as an affirmation that plainly subjects a covered voter to the perjury laws of the enacting state.
