Section 1-13-105 - False certificates by officers

Any notary public or any officer authorized by law to administer oaths who knowingly makes a false certificate in regard to a matter connected with an election held under the laws of this state upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 1-13-111.

This section is similar to former §§ 1-13-111 and 1-30-125 as they existed prior to 1980.
