Section 3.2-1504 - Powers and duties of Cotton BoardA. The Cotton Board shall have charge of the Virginia Cotton Fund established in the Virginia state treasury.B. The Cotton Board may expend funds and enter into contracts in order to effectuate the purposes of this chapter.C.
