Section 21-1413 - Failure or refusal to pay toll(a) A person may not fail or refuse to pay the prescribed toll at any Authority highway for which the payment of a toll is fixed.(b) A person may not attempt to evade the payment of the toll at any Authority highway for which the payment of a toll is fixed.
