Section 21-1405 - Pedestrians and bicycles prohibited(a) Unless authorized by the Chairman of the Maryland Transportation Authority, pedestrians may not use any Authority highway.(b) Unless authorized by the Chairman of the Maryland Transportation Authority, bicycles may not use any Authority highway.
