Section 2-701 - "Returning veteran" defined
In this subtitle, "returning veteran":
(1) means an individual who left State employment to perform military service in the armed forces of the United States and who seeks reinstatement to State employment; and(2) does not include an individual who left State employment while serving as a temporary employee.
