Section 9-110 - Regulations of Agency(a) With the approval of the Commission, the Director may adopt regulations of the Agency.(b) The regulations of the Agency shall provide for:(1) all matters that are necessary or desirable for the efficient and economical operation and administration of the State lottery; and(2) the convenience of buyers of State lottery tickets and shares and of the holders of a winning ticket or share.
