Section 8-103 - Composition
The Council includes:
(1) the Governor;(2) the Lieutenant Governor;(3) the Secretary of State;(4) the secretary of each principal department of the Executive Branch of the State government;(5) the State Superintendent of Schools; and(6) the Secretary of Higher Education.
