Section 7-204 - General responsibility of Division and Administrator(a) The Division shall compile and edit: (1) the Code of Maryland Regulations; and(2) as a temporary supplement, the Maryland Register.(b) Subject to the limitations in this subtitle, the Administrator is responsible for the publication and distribution of the Code of Maryland Regulations and the Register.
