The Office shall:
(1) encourage volunteering throughout the State by individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations;(2) promote the use of volunteers in State and local government;(3) identify governmental agencies where private sector involvement in volunteer programs can be of assistance and provide technical assistance in developing such programs; and(4) provide information services to volunteer programs and government units throughout the State.Renumbered from § - 9-2826 by 2023 Md.
