Section 20-604 - [Effective 10/1/2024] Scope of subtitleThis subtitle does not apply to:
(1) an employer with respect to the employment of aliens outside of the State; or(2) a religious corporation, association, educational institution, or society with respect to the employment of individuals of a particular religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or military status to perform work connected with the activities of the religious entity.Amended by 2024 Md.
